His virtue was unwavering, and he ruled over the states. This King Ji, God measured his heart, and his virtuous reputation spread far and wide. His virtue was bright and clear, he was capable and wise, he was a leader and a ruler. He ruled this great state with harmony and justice. Compared to King Wen, his virtue was without regret.
